Nagendra has more than a decade of work experience, mainly in the domain of inclusive financial services to the under-served segments of the society. Currently with Ananya Finance, he is heading the agri finance portfolio, which is spread across 10 states and is relatively a new line of business for the company. In the early days of microfinance in India, as the state head, he rolled out microfinance operations for Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (formerly SKS Microfinance) in 2006 in Rajasthan. Later, in the Microfinance Division at HDFC Bank, he looked after MFI clients from West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & the North East. A consulting assignment with GIZ (arm of the German government that undertakes developmental activities in other countries) exposed him to opportunities in Agriculture.  
His areas of interest include strategy, financial planning, financial analysis and financial literacy. For work, he has travelled extensively in the hinterlands spread across various states of India. He holds a diploma in rural management from the prestigious IRMA (Institute of Rural Management, Anand).

Sanjay has worked with GCMMF Ltd. (AMUL) for 9 yearshanding both sales and brand management functions. He started his career handling fresh product range, which included pouch milk and curd, of Amul in Nashik and then in Pune market. He eventually went on to handle business of entire range of Amul products as branch head of Pune branch which covered 16 districts of Maharashtra. He later moved to Amul’s corporate office in Anand, Gujarat and handled marketing of Amul Milk Powders, Milk Food Drinks and Probiotics range. During his stint with Amul, he has been a part of various product launch teams both as a member of the launch team as well as the planning team for product launches.
After his stint with Amul, Sanjay worked as a consultant with GIZ, a German development agency working in India, under their Rural Insurance Services Programme (RISP) where he was involved in helping Farmer Producer Companies (FPC) forge market linkages to sell their branded produce at remunerative prices to end consumers. He has also worked with small agri-business organizations as a consultant.
Sanjay did his Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) in 2004.

Manoj Karki has around 14 years of work experience helping him acquire skills in fields and functions such as Rural Development, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Entrepreneurship and General Management. He began his career with Rural Development Department of Govt. Of Uttrakhand as a market linkages facilitator for the SGSY beneficiaries. The FMCG sales experience in two entirely different organisations in terms of market share might, operational style and culture made him wiser in his approach towards market and people. 
The time spent in the Milk Capital of the country and the influence of the great Milk man of India got him very interested in the dairy space. As a result he tried his hand in replicating a tweak of Amul model of dairy business in Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh. The experience of settling up the milk producers organisation along with building the whole supply chain made him aware of the finer points of the dairy business and the rural business setup. 

His overseas experience in Africa was into pure Agri business space where he would manage the whole supply chain from origination, processing to marketing of the concerned agri produce namely cotton and oil seeds. Manoj has a post graduate diploma and degree from IRMA, Anand and ESADE, Barcelona.
