Our journey has started with one of the most essential and important part of our daily diet, “Milk”. We aim to take our milk to more and more households. Niraj Pareek has over 12 years of work experience in diverse fields. In his previous assignment, Niraj was involved in setting up Samridhi Agri Products, a milk procurement company based out of Lucknow. Niraj also co-founded Sanchetna Financial Services, an NBFC Microfinance Company operating in rural areas surrounding Lucknow Niraj started his career at Accenture India, where he had a two year stint in the Human Resources Department.
A Graduate in Business Management, Bangalore University, he holds a Post Graduate in HR from XLRI – Accenture HR Academy, 2007.
Amit Verma

Amit Verma has over a decade of experience behind him. A commerce graduate from Guwahati University, he started off his career in the commodities market by trading in the metals indices with a special focus on silver, gold and copper. He also started a new branch of his five decades old jewellery shop and established it. All along this while, he also looked after his fleet of cows, where he got significant insights into the nuances if livestock management.
Dr. Dipak Kumar Sarma
Consultant Veterinary Services
Dr. Dipak have M.V.Sc & Ph.D – Department of Animal Reproduction, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, College of Veterinary Science, Assam Agriculture University (AAU).
A veteran with around 3 decades of extensive research in complex subjects such as repeat breeding in cattle, he has specialized in matters related to bovine infertility problems has gathered wide experiences on handling cattle diseases in general and reproductive problems in particular.
Dr. Manoj Kumar Goswami
Consultant Veterinary Services
Dr. Manoj Kumar Goswami is an M.V. Sc with over 25 years of varied experience in Animal Reproduction, Gynecology & Obstetrics. He was awarded the young scientist award in 2012 from the Indian Society of Animal Reproduction for his research paper. He completed his PGDAEM (PG in Agricultural Extension Management) in 2016 from the prestigious MANAGE, Hyderabad. Dr. Goswami is a regular on Krishi Darshan and the local radio channels as an expert on the subject.
